Never ever ever ever stop learning things. Ever. Never listen to anyone who tells you any skill is worthless. If you stop learning things then you know less about what the AI is doing and you can't verify its output. I've done the exact opposite of this advice recently. I've went total full stack study in my code. Everything I don't have a deep grasp of, I crack and old school book or course as I am working on it with AI. The result? I got faster and produced better work. Why? Because I know what to ask for. I know exactly how to ask for it.
